Terms and Conditions for Silver and Fang

Welcome to Silver and Fang. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Silver and Fang mobile application (“Game”) and any related services provided by Silver and Fang.

By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to create an account and play Silver and Fang. By using the Game, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. User Accounts

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other players.

3. Rules of Conduct & Fair Play

Silver and Fang is a social game based on trust and deduction. To maintain a fair environment, you agree not to:

  • Cheat: Use third-party software, macros, or exploits to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Toxicity: Harass, abuse, threaten, or use hate speech against other players via voice or text chat.
  • Impersonation: Pretend to be an administrator or another player.
  • Spamming: Disrupt the flow of conversation in game rooms.
  • Multi-accounting: Use multiple accounts in the same game session to manipulate the outcome.

Zero tolerance. Harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual content and offensive names or avatars are not allowed, in voice, chat, names or avatars. You can report any player from the lobby, the match or the chat, and block them: you will not be placed in the same room again. We review every report within 24 hours, remove the offending content and suspend or ban the account responsible. Contact: ahamdaoui.dev@gmail.com.

4. Voice Chat Usage

The Game includes a live voice chat feature. By using it, you acknowledge that:

  • Your voice will be transmitted in real time to the other players in your room, in the lobby and during matches (including at night, unless the host turns night chat off).
  • Voice chat is not recorded. See our Privacy Policy for how voice and microphone access are handled.
  • You are solely responsible for what you say.
  • Any behavior violating our conduct rules during voice chat may lead to an immediate ban.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the Game, including but not limited to artwork, code, logos, sounds, and characters, is the property of Silver and Fang and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

6. Platform Limitations

Silver and Fang is available in the browser and as an Android app on Google Play. We make no guarantees regarding the future availability of an iOS version. The game requires a stable internet connection to function.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Game is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silver and Fang shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Game.

8. In-App Purchases (If applicable)

If you purchase virtual items or currency within the Game:

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or Google Play Store policies.
  • Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms within the Game or on our official website. Continued use of the Game after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim before the courts of that country.
