Terms and Conditions for Sliver And Fang

Welcome to Sliver And Fang. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sliver And Fang mobile application (“Game”) and any related services provided by Sliver And Fang.

By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to create an account and play Sliver And Fang. By using the Game, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. User Accounts

• Toxicity: Harass, abuse, threaten, or use hate speech against other players via voice or text chat.
• Impersonation: Pretend to be an administrator or another player.
• Spamming: Disrupt the flow of conversation in game rooms.
• Multi-accounting: Use multiple accounts in the same game session to manipulate the outcome.

4. Voice Chat Usage

The Game includes a live voice chat feature. By using it, you acknowledge that:

• Your voice will be transmitted in real-time to other players.
• You are solely responsible for what you say.
• Any behavior violating our conduct rules during voice chat may lead to an immediate ban.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the Game, including but not limited to artwork, code, logos, sounds, and characters, is the property of Sliver And Fang and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

6. Platform Limitations

Sliver And Fang is currently available only on the Android platform. We make no guarantees regarding the future availability of an iOS version. The Game requires a stable internet connection to function.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Game is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sliver And Fang shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Game.

8. In-App Purchases (If applicable)

If you purchase virtual items or currency within the Game:

• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or Google Play Store policies.
• Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
